live WORKSHOP | march 12 | 8 pm cet | online
Breathe. reset. repeat.
A 90-minute live workshop to help you reclaim your calm, regulate your nervous system, and finally feel like yourself again. Even on the most stressful days.
You wake up already tired. The to-do list starts before your feet even touch the floor. You’re patient, present, capable… Until suddenly you’re not. And then comes the guilt.
You know you “should” take better care of yourself. But self-care feels like just another thing on a list that never ends.
Sound familiar?
Here’s what nobody tells you: this isn’t a willpower problem. It’s your nervous system — there’s something you can actually do about it, in the small pockets of time you already have.

It was so lovely to meet everyone and hear your stories. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable, and thank you Melissa for organizing this and guiding us through some very cathartic moments ❤️

It was so good to learn how other mothers are coping with difficult situations.

I could feel a difference after the breathing exercises. Suddenly I felt like I was actually breathing properly! It was a welcoming, judgment-free space that I didn't know I needed.

what's this workshop about?
Breathe. Reset. Repeat. Is a workshop designed specifically for mothers who are feeling stretched, depleted, or quietly heading toward burnout. I give this workshop during my yoga retreats and wanted to make it more accessible to you.
We'll gently explore what's actually happening in your body when stress builds up, and more importantly, what you can do about it. Not in a "meditate for an hour and journal your feelings" kind of way. In a real-life, works-while-the-coffee-brews kind of way.
In 90 minutes, you’ll understand why you feel the way you feel and walk away with simple, effective tools to interrupt stress before it stacks up.
You'll leave with practical breath and movement tools you can use the same day.
No equipment needed. No experience required. Just you, showing up for yourself.

A clear understanding of why stress builds the way it does (and how to spot the early warning signs before they snowball).

Three breath practices and micro-movement resets you can do anywhere in under 5 minutes, for overwhelm, mental fatigue, and wired-but-tired nights.
3
How to build a sustainable personal practice without adding more pressure to your already full plate.
4
Your own personal stress response plan so you know exactly what to do when you feel yourself unravelling + a workbook to keep, review, and return to whenever you need it.
Hi,
I’m
Melissa
Yoga teacher, mom of two, and creator of Breathe Sculpt Flow — a wellness approach built specifically for women.
I know what it's like to feel completely depleted and still show up with a smile. To know you should "do something" for yourself and then collapse on the sofa because you're too tired to even decide what.
Through my own journey, and years of supporting mothers in their wellness, I've found that the tools that actually make a difference are the ones that are simple, body-based, and kind.
This workshop is what I wish I’d had in the early years of motherhood. It’s not about perfect yoga postures or hour-long practices. It’s about building a real, sustainable relationship with your body. One breath at a time.
a few questions you might have
i don't have 90 minutes to spare…
I hear you, and that's exactly why you need this. One focused 90 minutes now can save you hours of overwhelm. Plus, the tools you'll learn are designed for the pockets of time you already have.
Will this actually work for someone as busy/stressed as me?
Especially for you. This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about working with your nervous system so the stress stops running the show.
I have zero experience with breathwork or yoga. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. If you can breathe and gently move, you're perfectly qualified. No yoga experience needed.
What if I can't make it live?
That's okay. The recording will be available so you can watch in your own time.
How is this different from just Googling breathing exercises?
This is a held, guided space where you actually understand why your body reacts the way it does — in community with other mothers who get it. You leave with a personalised plan, not just a list of tips.
I'm not sure I'm struggling enough to need this
You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. If you're tired, snapping more than you'd like, or just not feeling like yourself, this workshop will help.
what do i need to join?
Just yourself, your phone/tablet/PC, somewhere comfortable, and a cup of tea to make yourself extra cozy. That's it.
one more thing. and it's a good one:
Your Own 1:1 Private Session. Included.
I know how rare it is to have someone completely focused on you. Not the family, not work, not the to-do list. Just you.
That's exactly what this 60-minute private yoga and mindfulness session is — and the first 5 women to join get one included, completely free.
We'll take everything from the workshop and build it into something that works specifically for you. Your body. Your schedule. Your needs.
You don’t need more willpower.
You need tools that work with your body and lifestyle
See you inside ✨
