live online WORKSHOP | thursday 11 JUne | 7:30 PM UK / 8:30 pm cet / 2:30 PM ET | replay available
Breathe. reset. repeat.
Three breath practices and three micro-movement resets you can do anywhere in under 5 minutes — to calm overwhelm, ease wired-but-tired nights, and help your pelvic floor soften and release.
You wake up already tired. The to-do list starts before your feet even touch the floor. You’re patient, present, capable… Until suddenly you’re not. And then comes the guilt.
Maybe you're pregnant, carrying tension you can't release, and starting to wonder if your body knows how to soften and open when the time comes.
Maybe you're postpartum and still waiting to feel like yourself again.
Maybe you've been mothering little ones long enough that running on empty has started to feel normal.
You know you “should” take better care of yourself. But self-care feels like just another thing on a list that never ends.
Here’s what nobody tells you:
This isn’t a willpower problem.
And there’s something you can actually do about it, in the small pockets of time you already have.

It was so lovely to meet everyone and hear your stories. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable, and thank you Melissa for organizing this and guiding us through some very cathartic moments ❤️

It was so good to learn how other mothers are coping with difficult situations.

I could feel a difference after the breathing exercises. Suddenly I felt like I was actually breathing properly! It was a welcoming, judgment-free space that I didn't know I needed.

what's this workshop about?
Breathe. Reset. Repeat. Is a workshop designed specifically for you if you're pregnant, postpartum, or navigating the everyday weight of motherhood. If you're feeling overwhelmed, tense, or quietly heading toward burnout.
We'll explore what's actually happening in your body when stress builds up, and more importantly, what you can do about it. Not in a "meditate for an hour and journal your feelings" kind of way. In a real-life, works-while-the-coffee-brews kind of way.
And if you're pregnant? The same breath that calms your nervous system also helps your pelvic floor soften and release. When your body feels safe, it stops bracing, and that matters more for birth than most people realize.
In 60 minutes, you'll understand why you feel the way you feel and walk away with 3 simple, effective tools to interrupt stress before it stacks up.
No equipment needed. No experience required. Just you, showing up for yourself.

Hi,
I’m
Melissa
Perinatal Yoga teacher, mom of two, and creator of Breathe Sculpt Flow — a three part approach to nervous system regulation, functional strength, and mindful movement built specifically for women.
I know what it's like to feel completely depleted and still show up with a smile. To know you should "do something" for yourself and then collapse on the sofa and doom scroll because you're too tired to even decide what.
Through my own lived experience as a mom of two under 5, and years of supporting mothers in their wellness, I've found that the tools that actually make a difference are the ones that are simple, body-based, and kind.
This workshop is what I wish I’d had before I even had my boys. It’s not about perfect yoga postures or hour-long practices. It’s about building a real, sustainable relationship with your body and learning how to prevent stress from stacking.
Looking back, I believe my own tight pelvic floor played a part in how both my births unfolded. It's why releasing tension, starting with the breath, is something I now share with every mama I work with.
a few questions you might have
i don't have time…
I hear you, and that's exactly why you need this. One focused hour now can save you tons of hours of overwhelm. Plus, the tools you'll learn are designed for the pockets of time you already have.
Will this actually work for someone as busy/stressed as me?
Especially for you. This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about working with your nervous system so the stress stops running the show.
I have zero experience with breathwork or yoga. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. If you can breathe and gently move, you're perfectly qualified. No yoga experience needed.
I'm pregnant, is this workshop suitable for me?
Yes, and especially yes. The breath and nervous system tools here are safe and really beneficial in pregnancy. They also help your pelvic floor soften and release, which is one of the most underrated parts of preparing for birth. Learning to calm your system and let go of tension now is some of the best birth prep you can do. You're very welcome here.
How is this different from just Googling breathing exercises?
This is a held, guided space where you actually understand why your body reacts the way it does — in community with other mothers who get it. You leave with a personalised plan, not just a list of tips.
I'm not sure I'm struggling enough to need this
You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. If you're tired, snapping more than you'd like, or just not feeling like yourself, this workshop will help.
what do i need to join?
Just yourself, your phone/tablet/PC, somewhere comfortable, and a cup of tea to make yourself extra cozy. That's it.
what if I can't make it live?
That's okay. Although showing up live is powerful, you will get the recording so you can listen or watch when you get a chance.
If you've read this far, there's one more thing. and it's a good one:
Your free 1:1 Session. for the first 5 who attend live
I know how rare it is to have someone completely focused on you. Not the family, not work, not the to-do list. Just you.
That's exactly what this free 60-minute private session is. Just you and me getting curious about what's going on and finding the one or two things that would make the biggest difference for you right now.
We'll take everything from the workshop and build it into something that works specifically for you. Your body. Your schedule. Your needs.
You don’t need more willpower.
You need tools that work with your body and lifestyle
See you inside ✨
